简短版The short version

Overtitle 不收集你的姓名、邮箱等个人信息，也没有账号系统。麦克风录到的声音只在你的设备上处理，从不上传、从不存盘。唯一会离开设备的是你主动使用「AI 翻译」时提交的那份字幕文本——那一项另见下文。 Overtitle collects no personal information such as your name or email, and there are no accounts. Audio from the microphone is processed entirely on your device: never uploaded, never written to disk. The one thing that does leave your device is the subtitle text you submit when you deliberately use AI translation, described below.

麦克风Microphone

开始同步后，Overtitle 用麦克风听电影对白，交给 iOS 内置的设备端语音识别，把听到的词和你选的字幕文件比对，从而判断电影演到了哪里。整个过程在设备上完成。音频不会被录制成文件，不会离开设备，也不会发给我们或任何第三方。识别在锁定字幕位置后即停止。 While syncing, Overtitle uses the microphone to hear the film’s dialogue and passes it to the on-device speech recognition built into iOS. The recognized words are matched against the subtitle file you chose in order to work out where in the film you are. All of this happens on your device. Audio is never recorded to a file, never leaves the device, and is never sent to us or to any third party. Recognition stops once the position is locked.

存在设备上的数据Data stored on your device

你导入或下载的字幕文件、你的偏好设置，以及（如果你填了）你的 OpenSubtitles 账号密码，都保存在你自己的设备上。账号密码存放在 iOS 钥匙串中。删除 App 会一并删除这些数据。 Subtitle files you import or download, your preferences, and your OpenSubtitles credentials if you enter them are all stored on your own device. Credentials are kept in the iOS Keychain. Deleting the app removes all of it.

AI 翻译AI translation

只有你在某部影片上主动点了「AI 翻译」，才会发生下面这些事。不点就什么都不会发出去。 None of the following happens unless you explicitly tap AI translation on a film. If you never use it, nothing leaves your device.

发出去的内容是：你选中的那条字幕轨的**文本行**、影片标题、以及原文和译文的语言代码。这些内容先到我们运行的一台服务器（api.sentiosurge.com，架设在 Cloudflare 上），再由它转发给 OpenAI 的接口完成翻译。字幕文本我们既不落盘也不留存，只在这一次请求里转手。OpenAI 对接口数据的处理适用他们自己的政策：默认不用于训练模型，为滥用监控最多保留 30 天。 What is sent: the text lines of the subtitle track you picked, the film title, and the source and target language codes. They go to a server we run (api.sentiosurge.com, hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards them to OpenAI's API to perform the translation. We neither store nor log the subtitle text; it is only passed through for that one request. OpenAI's own policy governs what they do with API data: by default it is not used to train their models, and it is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.

我们的服务器**会**保存这些，为的是执行"每台设备 30 天内最多 10 部"的免费额度：一个由 Apple 的 App Attest 签发的设备密钥标识（一串不透明的编号，跟你本人、你的 Apple ID 或设备序列号都无关），以及最近 30 天里每次翻译的影片标题、译文语言和时间。这些记录满 30 天自动删除，你在 App 的「设置 › Translation」里能看到全部内容。我们无法据此识别你是谁。 Our server does keep the following, in order to enforce the free allowance of 10 films per device per 30 days: a device key identifier issued by Apple's App Attest (an opaque value unrelated to you, your Apple ID, or your device serial number), plus the film title, target language, and timestamp of each translation made in the last 30 days. Those records are deleted automatically once they are 30 days old, and you can see all of them in the app under Settings › Translation. They do not let us identify who you are.

如果你改用「在这台设备上翻译」那条兜底路径，用的是 iOS 内置的设备端翻译，全程不联网、不经过我们。 If you instead use the on-device fallback, translation runs on Apple's built-in on-device models: no network, and nothing reaches us.

第三方服务Third-party services

搜索影片和字幕时，App 会直接向以下服务发起请求。这些请求包含你搜索的片名或影片编号，不包含你的身份信息；我们不经手、也不留存这些请求。 When you search for films or subtitles, the app talks directly to the services below. Those requests contain the title or film ID you searched for, not your identity. We neither proxy nor retain them.

TMDB（影片资料与海报）、OpenSubtitles.com（字幕搜索与下载）。如果你登录了 OpenSubtitles 账号，你的用户名和密码会直接发给 OpenSubtitles 用于登录。它们各自的隐私政策适用于这些请求。 TMDB, for film metadata and artwork. OpenSubtitles.com, for subtitle search and download. If you sign in, your OpenSubtitles username and password are sent directly to OpenSubtitles to authenticate. Their respective privacy policies apply to those requests.

分析与追踪Analytics and tracking

没有。App 里没有分析 SDK、没有崩溃上报、没有广告、没有跨 App 追踪。 None. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking.

App 内的打赏由 Apple 处理。我们看不到你的支付信息。 The in-app tip is handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

儿童Children

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集他们的信息。 This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
