写信时如果能带上机型、iOS 版本、电影名和字幕文件名，排查会快很多。 Including your device, iOS version, the film, and the subtitle file name makes this much faster to diagnose.
先确认这部片的对白是英语或日语——其它语言目前无法自动对时。再确认设置里对应语言的语音包已经下好。如果提示“跟这份字幕对不上”，多半是字幕属于另一个片源版本或同名的另一部电影，换一份试试。 First check the film’s spoken language is English or Japanese; other languages can’t be synced automatically yet. Then make sure that language’s speech model is downloaded in Settings. If it says the subtitle doesn’t match, the file is probably for a different release or a different film with the same title — try another one.
左右滑动屏幕微调。步长可以在 设置 › 手势 里改。双击屏幕回到原位。 Swipe left or right to nudge it. Step size is adjustable in Settings › Gestures. Double-tap to reset.
不登录时每天限 5 次，这是 OpenSubtitles 的匿名额度。在 设置 › OpenSubtitles 里登录你自己的账号可以提高上限，没有账号可以就地注册。 Anonymous downloads are capped at 5 per day by OpenSubtitles. Sign in with your own account in Settings › OpenSubtitles to raise it; you can create one from that screen.
先看系统 设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 麦克风 里有没有允许 Overtitle。如果提示麦克风被占用，关掉其它正在录音或通话的 App 再试。 Check that Overtitle is allowed in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone. If it says the microphone is unavailable, close any other app that is recording or on a call.
